Was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She study drawing and painting with outstanding Argentinean teachers such as Miguel D'Avila, Jorge Dermirjian and Noè Nojechowicz. Cittadini studied photography, film and animation at the TEC (Film Experimental Shop) under the film director Jorge Surraco. She also studied plastic composition with Edmond Valladares. She attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, Italy. She also studied History and Analysis of Contemporary Art in the Faculty of Arts and Letters of the University of Pisa.
1984: She created the story board for the television program of XXI UBA (Distance Learning) on the theme of Introduction to Scientific Knowledge.
1990: She created two short animated films for the European Union, the first on the subject of electronic trade (project Aldus) And the second, in conjunction with the the Magic Lantern of Turin, on the legislature (I Project Nomus).
May l997: She had a solo exhibit entitled "A Tragic Solitude" at the Argentina House in Rome under the sponsor of the Embassy of Argentina.
October l997: at the invitation of the municipality of Pisa she had a solo exhibit of 60 works of painting and graphic design entitled " Drammatiche Presenze" in the "Pallazo Ruschi of Pisa.
June 1999: Cittadini had a solo exhibit entitled "In I traffic", at the Cultural Center of Recoleta, Buenos Aires, Argentina. This retrospective was again presented in July of the same year in Hoy en el Arte, a gallery of contemporary Art in Buenos Aires.
January 2000: along with 33 other Italian artists, Cittadini took part in illustrating a book of poems by the Tuscan poet Dino Carlesi.
February 2000: she had a solo exhibit of painting and graphic arts at the Argentina House in Rome, under the auspices of the Embassy of Argentina. September 2000: she had a solo exhibit of her paintings entitled "The Scream: Roosters, Frogs, People" in the Castagnino House Museum, located in the San Telmo neighbourhood of Buenos Aires.
May 2003: the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Argentina in Rome invited Cittadini to participate in a group retrospective of Argentinean art that was held in October at the Palazzo Quirinale, Rome, Italy.
September 2003: She had a solo exhibit under the auspices of the Embassy of Argentina the IILA (the Italo-Latin American Institute, based in Rome, Italy)
May 2005: Cittadini's exhibit "At Six O'clock was shown in Rome's "Spazio Visivo" Gallery of Art.
June 2005: her exhibit"Atrezzi di poesia" was shown in Pisa, Italy.
June 2009: she exhibit "4/4 and Harmony Progression- graphic/collages/assemble" in Campus Salvador University, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
October 2009: she exhibit "Confuse Puppet" at the Cultural Centre of Recoleta, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
November 2013, she exibit " Del Natural" at de Pabilion of Art of UCA, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
A number of distinguished poets, essayists, and critics have written about Cittadini's work, among them Dino Carlesi, Ilario Luperini, Rosa Faccaro, Moira Soto, Eustachio Porsia, Luciano Caprile and Raúl Santana.
